COURSE DESCRIPTION

This Advanced Online Legal Spanish course offers you the opportunity to enhance existing Spanish communication skills in legal practice. It will cover a broad range of legal contexts while building practical legal terminology and written and oral communication skills.

It will introduce legal Spanish terminology in areas such as International Arbitration, Corporate Law, Gender Identity Law, contracts, investments, etc. This will help you communicate in Spanish both with Spanish speaking clients and attorneys and negotiate Spanish contracts with confidence.

This Legal Spanish course is particularly appropriate to solicitors, attorneys and paralegals with a practice on corporate law and related fields.
You will learn and practise how to understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics and technical discussions in the business and legal fields; interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native Spanish speakers quite possible without strain for either party; produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

METHOD

The effectiveness of the course depends less on a predefined method than on the tutor’s ability to adapt content, pace, and focus to the learner’s professional reality.

We design our syllabi following both the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and our student’s needs.

No upfront payment needed.  Fees for each scheduled course are £500 | $670 | €575 per person, covering a term of 10 lessons. An invoice will be emailed after the first lesson, should you choose to continue with the course.

NEXT STEP

If you have some level, take our Spanish assessment and contact us with your results to book a 10 minutes oral assessment. We will assess your level either over the phone or Zoom whenever suits you.
